One Piece filler list: the 94 episodes to skip, between and inside the official arcs

Only 94 of One Piece's first 1,168 episodes are filler on Anime Filler List, 8%, and cutting them saves about 36 hours. Of those, 48 sit in stories between arcs, and the rest are short runs inside arcs. Skip both, keep the mixed episodes, and make time for G-8 (196 to 206), which Anime News Network calls the best filler arc in the series.

One Piece filler episodes, arc by arc

Anime Filler List sorts episodes 1 to 1,168 into four types AFL. Manga canon covers Eiichiro Oda's chapters, and mixed episodes add new scenes to adapted ones, so keep those too. Anime canon is new material that isn't in the manga but that the site treats as part of the story, so you can watch it or skip it. Filler is new material outside the story.

The arc table uses the 20 official arcs from ONE PIECE.com and adds the 48 anime-only episodes the official site leaves out, split into stories under the names used by Wikipedia and Anime News Network ONE PIECE.com, Wikipedia, Japanese Wikipedia, ANN.

How to use this list

Most of the skipping is easy: the anime-only stories sit between official arcs, so you can drop one without interrupting the manga story. The short runs inside arcs are the ones to watch for, so check episode numbers against the skip line as you go, and keep the mixed episodes. Episodes 1 to 1,168 take about 449 hours at Wikipedia's listed runtimes (24 minutes for episodes 1 to 65, 23 after that), and cutting the filler brings that to about 413 Wikipedia. For a finish date at your own pace, use How long would it take to watch One Piece? The One Piece watch order has the full order with the films and where to stream.
